Free trees for bushfire affected residents
Council is partnering with Watershed Landcare to provide bushfire affected landholders with native trees as part of their recovery.
Following the cancellation of National Tree Day this year due to COVID-19, Council is redistributing trees to bushfire affected residents to assist in revegetating their properties follow the devastating summer fires that destroyed 255,000 hectares.
Eligible landholders can apply to receive 40 native trees each, including tree guards and stakes.
